New Board Member Appointed

Longtime Brewster, Washington resident and business owner, Jerry Tretwold has been named the new Three Rivers Hospital Board Commissioner.  Joining chair Dan Webster, Vice chair Larry Higbee, Secretary Tracy Shrable and board member Vicki Orford, Tretwold will be serving his appointment through November of 2013, when the position will be open for election.

Tretwold, along with his wife Toni, owns and operates Harmony House Health Care Center, a skilled Nursing care facility in Brewster.  His past and current memberships include

• Washington Health Care Associations
• Brewster Lions Club
• Brewster Chamber of Commerce
• Three Rivers Medical Alliance
• Wenatchee Valley College Foundation Board, and 
• Brewster City Council

When asked why he wanted to become a hospital commissioner, Tretwold said, “As the board looks into the future, I would like to be part of an effective board, helping to find ways, set bench marks, and unite objectives to make a district hospital that meets and exceeds the needs of our district.”
