For over 10 years, Cherri and her husband, Vaughn, vacationed at the cabin they owned in Mazama, Washington, and now they have lived in Winthrop year-round since 2012. They are the parents of three grown children. With an Associate Degree in Nursing (RN), Cherri has worked for PeaceHealth as a Critical Care and Emergency RN and Clinical Information Systems project manager. She now works with the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium as Director of Projects and Planning for Clinical Informatics.
Her hobbies include
playing the violin, cross country skiing, biking, hiking, boating, fishing,
rafting -- anything to do with the outdoors!
When asked
why she wants to be on the Board of Three Rivers Hospital, Cherri said,
“I bring many years of experience to this position and knowledge of healthcare
systems from a clinical and administrative perspective and a passion regarding
access to excellent healthcare for my community and its members.”
